Returns Policy

Returned items must conform to our returns policy:



§ Your Lucy's Beauty Box item  must be returned no later than 14 days after you receive the order. Orders must be in unopened, original packaging. Or the item will be classed as used, and can only be returned if there is a proven fault with the item which must be reported in the first 24 hours.

§  Only full price items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

§ Once your return has been received by Lucy's Beauty Box and it complies with our returns policy in complete, we will refund you by your original payment method within 7 days of receipt.

§ We strongly advise all customers to check the item on arrival for any damage caused in transit, so that an early assessment of return can be made.  All damage has to be reported within the first 24 hours. Please send photographic evidence of the damage via email.

§ If the damaged item is not received back to us within 7 days you may lose your right to a refund.

§ Returns will not be accepted for size discrepancies, as all measurements are listed clearly on the website.

§ Any Items must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box; to ensure the necessary protection when in transit

§ If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.

§ All returned items will be refunded excluding postage and packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 



Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
